JR Capital has concluded a rent review with Royal Mail on its retail unit on Westbourne Grove in W2.
Having original developed and sold the 20 residential apartments above, the ground floor commercial was retained as a long-term investment.
The successful rent review has resulted in a 40% uplift in the rental value and represents an exceptionally strong result.
The completion of The Whiteley development in 2024 has played a key role in elevating the commercial landscape of Queensway and Westbourne Grove. The substantial investment into the area has enhanced its attractiveness to retailers and cements Queensway and Westbourne Grove as one of London’s most sought-after retail and commercial hubs.
