Clare Smyth’s newest venture will bring her celebrated culinary expertise to this prime location, reinforcing Pimlico Road’s status as a hub of excellence in food, design, and culture.

In addition to this landmark letting, we are also pleased to report the successful conclusion of rent reviews for two of our anchor tenants, Rose Uniacke and Paolo Moschino. Since acquiring the estate at the bottom of the market in 2021 we have now completed rent reviews and lease renewals across all the 18 units have increased the revenue by approx. 20%.
