JR Capital are pleased to announce two significant leasing transactions on our multi-let industrial (MLI) portfolio.
A 10-year lease renewal on a 10,000 sq ft unit has been secured with Royal Mail in Exeter, at a 69% increase in rent.
We have also agreed a lease renewal on a 12,000 sq ft unit, used as a car showroom, with Vauxhall Motors in Worcester. The deal achieved a 60% increase in rent, establishing a new rental tone for the estate and retaining a long-standing tenant.
Both long-term lease renewals underline the commitment of nationally recognised occupiers to our well-managed estates and highlights continued demand for high quality space in the South West and West Midlands.
