Aggregated a portfolio of 450 residential flats over 5 buildings in strong locations including in Mitte. Significant capital expenditure was deployed to improve the scheme, allowing us to increase occupancy and rents. The portfolio was re-financed with a local Berlin Bank and 100% of the initial equity investment was released.
