Planning Approved for 90,000 sq ft Central London Office Development
We are pleased to share the news that the City of London Corporation have approved a planning consent at our Thavies Inn House development in Central London.
Designed by the leading international architectural practice Wilkinson Eyre, the consented development will deliver over 90,000 sq ft of modern and highly sustainable grade A offices with additional ground floor retail space.
Thavies Inn House is a joint venture project with Evans Randall Investors.
The property is located in a prime position fronting Holborn Circus, the main thoroughfare connecting the City, West End and Kings Cross; nearby occupiers include Goldman Sachs, Sainsburys, Deloitte and De Beers.
