We are delighted to announce the successful completion of a major refurbishment programme at Cranham Industrial Estate in Worcester, delivered alongside our joint venture partner, Chancerygate. The project represents a significant investment of approximately £1.5 million into the 15-unit multi-let industrial estate.
The programme was initiated following a lease re-gear with Vauxhall Motors, the estate’s anchor tenant, and marks the next phase of our strategic business plan for the asset. Works encompassed the full refurbishment of individual units across the estate, alongside comprehensive estate-wide enhancement works designed to elevate both the quality and functionality of the scheme.
This investment forms a central pillar of our active asset management strategy, with a clear focus on repositioning Cranham Industrial Estate as a prime industrial asset.
Key objectives include improving EPC ratings across the estate, enhancing the environment for our occupiers, and driving both income growth and long-term capital value.
