JR Capital Concludes Westbourne House Investment
We are pleased to announce that the last two remaining flats at Westbourne House, our prime Central London residential development in Notting Hill, have now sold and the project has completed.
The former 1980’s office building was bought in 2012 in conjunction with a UK development partner and a consortium of our Gulf based investors. We successfully obtained planning consent to add an additional floor and convert the building into twenty high-end apartments, two ground floor retail units and twelve underground parking spaces.
Designed by Stiff and Trevillion, the award winning development achieved record-breaking pricing for the area with a high of £2,400 psf on the stunning penthouse unit.
John Collier-Wright, founder of JR Capital said: “The final two sales mark the end of a very successful investment for JR Capital and our investors with returns above a 20% IRR. The striking building has had a positive impact on Westbourne Grove. I would like to take the opportunity to thank all parties involved in the project.”
