One of numerous investments of a growing portfolio in the Home Counties being constructed by JR Capital for a major Middle Eastern Merchant family, the building was acquired for £950,000 representing a Net Initial Yield of 5.45% rising to 6% in 2015 following a fixed uplift in the rent.

The building is located in the affluent market town of Horsham in West Sussex on a prime retail pitch and provides secure and long dated income from a high quality tenant.
