Planning success at 7 to 12 Leinster Square, London W2

JR Capital is pleased to announce that planning permission has been granted by Westminster City Council to redevelop the former Leinster Inn Hotel in Leinster Square.

The existing hotel comprises 6 Georgian stucco fronted terraced buildings spread over basement, ground and 4 upper floors consisting of circa 31,500 sq ft GIA. The proposals, by architects Tate Hindle, provide for the conversion of the existing buildings into five family town houses and the upper floors in to six single level lateral apartments. It will be a very high quality conversion in one of the few garden squares in Central London that remains undeveloped.

The building was acquired in August 2012 in partnership with a UK developer and construction will commence in July 2013 . JR Capital was responsible for sourcing the deal, structuring it, raising the equity from a consortiumof its Middle East institutional and private clients and the senior debt from Arab Banking Corporation.
